Winemaker’s Note: There is something “lighter” about this Cab Franc that seems almost feminine. It has a perfect lengthy finish and it’s a little higher in acid. There is a lot of complexity that measures up nicely to wines with a much higher price tag.
On the nose: bramble berry, cherry, black pepper with a hint of leather saddle
On the palate: blueberry, vanilla bean, raspberry, smoked walnut. This wine has tight tannins that are softening by the day.
Food pairing ideas: How does strawberry goat cheese cheesecake sound? Yum! Maybe roasted mushroom salad, roasted root veggies or anything pork or poultry.
When to drink: Now through 2036; Peak 2028-2032

What is a ‘Piloti’?
A piloti (pronounced: pill-oh-tee) is a support such as columns. Pillars or stilts that lift a building above ground or water. In our Piloti Cab Franc, we discovered a sensual wine worthy of elevation. Lift a glass of our Piloti and gain a new point of view.
