About Frenchman Hills Vineyard:

High on the Royal Slope, where the wind sweeps across the hills, Frenchman Hills Vineyard stands as a testament to the Segale family's deep agricultural roots. Planted in 1998, this expansive vineyard benefits from a unique combination of loam and sandy loam soils, diverse slopes, and a dry, desert-like climate. These factors, combined with meticulous viticulture and a state-of-the-art irrigation system, result in grapes of exceptional quality. With ten different varieties planted in carefully selected blocks, Frenchman Hills partners with regional winemakers, providing them with the fruit necessary to craft award-winning wines that express the distinct character of this remarkable site.
