2023 Piloti Cabernet Franc
Winemaker’s Note: There is something “lighter” about this Cab Franc that seems almost feminine. It has a perfect lengthy finish and it’s a little higher in acid. There is a lot of complexity that measures up nicely to wines with a much higher price tag.
On the nose: raspberry, blueberry, cherry, strawberry, thyme, fennel seed
On the palate: So smooth! Fruit-driven with fresh turned earth, blueberry, sage, great woodsy finish!
